MQM founder Altaf Hussain discharged on the evening of 23 July 2025, 14 days after continuous medical care at Wellington Northern Hospital in Central London.
Altaf Hussain was admitted in a very critical condition and kept in observation period of almost 2weeks. The multiple diagnostic procedures that he was put through during his stay revolved around his blood pressure and sugar level monitoring. With consistent check-ups and treatments given by doctors, his condition improved perceptibly.
Altaf Hussain went around the offices of the doctors, nurses, kitchen, and cleaning staff of the ward at the time of his discharge and thanked them. He gave bouquets and thank-you cards to the support and the medical team. Hospital employees are appreciative of his generosity and prayed and wished him good health.
