1 Ramadan Start in UAE from April 13

The wait is now over for the 1 Ramadan start in UAE. First Roza in the United Arab Emirates will be on April 13. This year, fasting time in UAE will be almost 14 hours.

The UAE moon sighting committee will hold a practical meeting on Monday, April 12, after Maghrib prayers to mark the beginning of Ramadan. However, the holy month Ramadan will observe its 1st Roza from 13th April.

Sharia courts across the country will follow up the lunar testimonies and inform the committee chaired by UAEs Minister of Justice Sultan bin Saeed Al Badi Al Dhaheri.

The sacred month of Ramadan celebrates every year with great dedication around the world. With the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan, UAE residents and visitors are advised to follow certain rules and regulations in accordance with the guidelines issued by the authorities in the country amid COVID-19.
