Children under the age of 12 are barred from entering Masjid al Haram

The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has banned the entry of children under the age of 12. They are restrict to go around the Kaaba and into the precincts of Masjid al haram.

New guidelines issued by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah addressing policies. Children under the age of 12 do not meet the criteria for Umrah and prayer permits.

The ministry has said that children under the age of 12 will not be allow. Even they won’t to get permission from Tawaklana app.

As per the guidelines, no one can enter the Masjid al-Haram without prior permission.

It should be notice, social distance between Makkah and Masjid-e-Nabawi ended on October 17. It ease after more than a year and prayers were offer without social distance.

In July, only about 60,000 vaccinated Saudis allowed to participate in the large-scale annual Hajj.
