More Than 120 Pakistanis Stranded After Pilgrimage At Baghdad Airport From Tuesday
On Tuesday night, more than 120 Pakistani pilgrims were stranded at Iraq’s capital city Baghdad. The Pakistanis have been stranded without further word at the Baghdad airport after the airplane left them.
According to some authentic sources, the travelers were stranded after they missed their scheduled flight. The tour head who owned their passports disappeared somewhere into the country, leaving the travelers without access into the plane.
“The pilgrims received their passports three hours after the flight had departed. The pilgrims were previously scheduled to reach Lahore through Dubai,” sources added.
Now, the pilgrims have requested the government of Pakistan and the Pakistani Embassy in Baghdad to help them return to their country safely.
