The real estate business in Dubai recorded a significant milestone when the much-hyped Shah Rukh Tower, a high-end construction site located along the famous Sheikh Zayed Road, sold out within the initial day after launching. The project estimated at about PKR 15,900 Crores attracted huge interest of investors worldwide.

The grand launch, which took place at Dubai Expo City, got over 6,000 attendees, including Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan who is directly linked to the development. SRK complimented the world-class architecture of the project, high-end lifestyle amenities, and smart-building, and termed it as a future icon to Dubai.

Shah Rukh Tower is planned to be a massive commercial and lifestyle development that will be completed in 2029, increasing the value of premium property in Dubai, and attracting a large influx of investments worldwide. The fast sellout of the tower is an indication of the increasing demand of the city on high-end celebrity-related real estate developments.
