Thailand resumed visa services for Pakistanis in all categories. Some restrictions are imposed amid corona for travelers.
Visa services for all categories are effective since September 20.
According to sources Pakistanis wishing to travel to the Southeast Asian country can apply for a visa as the country has lifted all travel restrictions. A statement issued by the Thai embassy in Pakistan said that the visa service has been resumed in Pakistan.
Passengers traveling from Pakistan to Thailand will have to undergo mandatory 14-day quarantine in Thailand.
Travelers are advised to follow the guidelines for visiting tourist destinations such as Samoa, Phuket and others. All tourists must follow the instructions of the Tourism Authority of Thailand to visit Bangkok and other tourist destinations in the country.
Thai authorities made the decision following a drop in the number of coronavirus cases in their country.
