Toyota Indus Motor Company (IMC) has officially given its popular model, the Yaris, a fresh new look with a mild cosmetic refresh. After three successful years, the company has introduced a sporty body kit called “Aero” to the Yaris.
The aero-kit includes front and rear bumper extensions, side skirts, a trunk spoiler, body-colored trim around the fog lamps, and a lowered stance, giving the Yaris a sporty and aggressive appearance. However, the Aero-kit is only available on the ATIV CVT and ATIV X CVT trim levels.
According to the official website, bookings for the new Yaris are now open, although the delivery time is currently unknown.
Despite being one of Pakistan’s best-selling cars from mid-2020 to early 2022, the Yaris’ sales declined significantly after the launch of the 6th generation Honda City and 3rd generation Suzuki Swift.
However, Toyota IMC hopes that the new body kit will help boost Yaris sales and bring it up to the competition. During recent production struggles, Yaris has been trailing behind its adversaries in sales figures.
