Gold Price in Pakistan Drops by Rs. 3,600 Per Tola as International Gold Rates Decline

Gold Price in Pakistan recorded a significant decline on Friday as both local and international gold markets witnessed another sharp fall. The latest decrease comes just a day after the previous drop, offering some relief to gold buyers.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola fell by Rs. 3,600, bringing the new rate to Rs. 421,836.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold decreased by Rs. 3,086, settling at Rs. 361,656 in the local market.

In the international market, gold prices also moved lower. The price of gold declined by $36 per ounce, taking the global rate to $3,994 per ounce. The fall in international gold rates contributed to the decrease in Pakistan’s local gold prices.

Meanwhile, silver prices in Pakistan also registered a decline. The price of silver per tola dropped by Rs. 126 to Rs. 6,029.

Gold prices in Pakistan fluctuate daily based on changes in international market trends and the rupee-dollar exchange rate. Buyers and investors are advised to monitor the latest gold rates before making purchase or investment decisions.
