Gold Price in Pakistan Drops by Rs4,300 Per Tola Today

KARACHI: Gold prices in Pakistan recorded another major decline on Tuesday, following a sharp drop just a day earlier. The latest gold price in Pakistan today shows a significant reduction in both local and international markets, providing relief to buyers and investors.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola has decreased by Rs4,300, bringing the new rate to Rs427,436.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold has fallen by Rs3,687, with the new price now standing at Rs366,457.

The decline in local gold prices follows a drop in the global bullion market. In the international market, the price of gold declined by 43 US dollars per ounce, taking the new international gold price to 4,050 US dollars per ounce.

Meanwhile, silver prices also witnessed a notable decrease. The price of silver per tola dropped by Rs174, bringing the latest rate to Rs6,223.

Gold prices in Pakistan fluctuate daily based on changes in the international bullion market and the rupee-dollar exchange rate. Market experts believe that global economic developments, investor sentiment, and central bank policies continue to influence precious metal prices worldwide.

With another sharp fall in the gold rate in Pakistan, jewellery buyers and investors are closely monitoring the market for further price movements in the coming days.
