Gold Price in Pakistan Rises for Second Consecutive Day, 24K Gold Hits Rs. 425,436 Per Tola

Gold price in Pakistan increased for the second consecutive day on Thursday, following a fresh rise in the international bullion market. The latest rates issued by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA) show an increase in both local and global gold prices.

According to the association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by Rs. 400, taking the new rate to Rs. 425,436. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold rose by Rs. 343 to reach Rs. 364,742.

The upward trend was also seen in the international market, where the international gold price climbed by $4 per ounce, reaching $4,030 per ounce. The increase in global bullion prices contributed to the latest rise in the gold rate in Pakistan.

Meanwhile, silver prices in Pakistan moved in the opposite direction. The price of silver per tola declined by Rs. 134, settling at Rs. 6,155.
