Gold Price in Pakistan Soars by Rs. 4,600 Per Tola, Silver Also Gets Costlier

Gold Price in Pakistan recorded another sharp increase on Wednesday, following a rise in international bullion markets. According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola climbed by Rs. 4,600, taking it to Rs. 433,836.

The 10-gram gold price in Pakistan also witnessed an increase of Rs. 3,944, reaching Rs. 371,944. The latest surge reflects the upward trend in global gold prices, which continues to influence the local bullion market.

In the international market, the gold price rose by $46 per ounce, pushing the global rate to $4,114 per ounce. The increase in international prices has directly impacted the domestic gold market, resulting in higher rates across Pakistan.

Meanwhile, the silver price in Pakistan also moved upward. The price of silver per tola increased by Rs. 7, reaching Rs. 6,403, according to the latest figures released by the association.

The latest increase in the gold price in Pakistan comes amid continued fluctuations in global precious metals markets. Buyers, investors, and jewellers are closely monitoring international trends, as further changes in global prices could lead to additional adjustments in local gold and silver rates.
