Gold Prices Rise After Just One Day, Up by Rs 2,000 Per Tola Across Pakistan

Gold prices increased in the domestic market just after one day of a significant decline in both local and international markets.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by Rs 2,000 to Rs 440,636.

The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold rose by Rs 1,715 to Rs 377,774.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold increased by Rs 1,572 to Rs 346,305.

International Market Rates

In the international bullion market, the price of gold per ounce [increased/decreased] by $20 to $4,181 per ounce.

Silver Rates

Meanwhile, the price of silver also increased.

The price of 24-karat silver increased by Rs 50 to Rs 6,578 per tola, while the price for 10 grams increased by Rs 43 to Rs 5,639.

The international price of silver per ounce increased by $0.5 to $61.
