Gold Prices See a Huge Drop Across Local and Global Markets Today

Gold prices decreased in the domestic market following a decline in international gold rates.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola decreased by Rs 7,000 to Rs 424,536.
The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold fell by Rs 6,001 to Rs 363,971.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold decreased by Rs 5,501 to Rs 333,652.
International Market Rates
In the international bullion market, the price of gold per ounce decreased by $70 to $4,020 per ounce.
Silver Rates
Meanwhile, the price of silver also decreased.
The price of 24-karat silver decreased by Rs 221 to Rs 5,865 per tola, while the price for 10 grams decreased by Rs 189 to Rs 5,028.
The international price of silver per ounce decreased by $2.21 to $53.87.
