Gold Rate Today 23 June: Prices Witness Sharp Decline in Local and Global Markets


Gold prices in Pakistan and international markets fell sharply on Tuesday, with a major drop recorded in both per tola and per 10 grams rates, according to the latest bullion updates.

The decline comes after a brief pause in trading activity, as global and local gold markets again turned bearish.

Gold Price in Pakistan Today (23 June)

The price of 24-karat gold per tola decreased significantly by Rs 10,400, bringing it down to Rs 432,236.

Similarly, the 10-gram gold price fell by Rs 9,360, settling at Rs 368,985 in local markets, including Karachi bullion rates.

International Gold Market Update

In the global bullion market, gold prices dropped by $104 per ounce, pushing the rate down to $4,098 per ounce. Analysts link the decline to shifting global economic signals and reduced safe-haven demand.

Silver Price Today in Pakistan

Silver prices also followed a downward trend. The price of per tola silver dropped by Rs 487, reaching Rs 6,664 as per the All Pakistan Sarafa Association.
