Gold Rises Significantly Across Local and Global Markets

Gold prices increased in the domestic market following a decline in international gold rates.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by Rs 1100 to Rs 442036 per tola.

The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold rose by Rs 943 to Rs 378974 per tola.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold increased by 864 to Rs 347405 per tola.

International Market Rates

In the international bullion market, the price of gold per ounce increased by $11 to $ 4195 per ounce.

Silver Rates

Meanwhile, the price of silver also increased.

The price of 24-karat silver increased by Rs 37 to Rs 6555 per tola, while the price for 10 grams decreased by Rs 37 to Rs 5619.

The international price of silver per ounce also decreased by $0.46 to $60.77.
