Significant Decline in Gold and Silver Prices Across Local and Global Markets

Gold prices decreased in the domestic market following a decline in international gold rates.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola decreased by Rs 3,000 to Rs 431,536.
The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold fell by Rs 2,572 to Rs 369,972.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold decreased by Rs 2,358 to Rs 339,153.
International Market Rates
In the international bullion market, the price of gold per ounce decreased by $30 to $4,090 per ounce.
Silver Rates
Meanwhile, the price of silver also decreased.
The price of 24-karat silver decreased by Rs 121 to Rs 6,086 per tola, while the price for 10 grams increased by Rs 104 to Rs 5,217.
The international price of silver per ounce decreased by $1.21 to $56.08.
