Dissatisfied with BIEK Results 2023? Here’s How to Get Your Papers Re-Checked

The Chairman of the Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK), Muhammad Saleem Rajput, has proactively addressed concerns regarding the results of the 2023 Annual Examinations for Intermediate Part I. Complaints related to Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, Science General, Home Economics, and Special Candidates were promptly taken notice of.

Chairman Rajput has issued directives to ensure a transparent and expedited scrutiny process for all the mentioned groups. The goal is to address student complaints effectively. In response to these instructions, two complaint counters will be set up from January 17, providing a platform for students dissatisfied with their results.

Scrutiny Application Process and Timings:

Students seeking scrutiny can submit their applications, accompanied by a photocopy of the submission scrutiny form receipt and marks sheet. Male students can utilize the counters in the board’s library, while female students can visit the conference hall, both open from 9 am to 5 pm. Clear instructions have been provided for applicants, including the inclusion of personal details such as full name, father’s name, examination group, roll number, phone number, address, and a list of papers to be scrutinized.

Transparent Conduct of Supplementary Exams

Chairman Rajput has taken significant steps to ensure the peaceful and transparent conduct of the intermediate supplementary examinations starting from January 15, 2024. Key decisions were made during a meeting with Center Control Officers (CCOs) and Vigilance Officers, including the enforcement of Section 144 around examination centers.

Stringent Measures for Supplementary Exams

Stringent measures have been put in place, prohibiting the movement of unauthorized individuals, as well as the use of electronic devices, including mobile phones and smartwatches. A total of 47 examination centers have been established for the supplementary examinations of 2023, with corresponding Center Control Officers (CCOs) and Vigilance Officers deployed.

Important Dates and Instructions for Supplementary Exams

The Intermediate Supplementary Examinations for 2023 will take place until February 6, 2024, covering various groups. Approximately 24,609 students are expected to participate in the evening shift from 2 pm to 5 pm. Strict instructions have been issued, emphasizing punctuality in entering the examination centers.
