France has introduced the Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program to encourage top international students to pursue master’s and Ph.D. programs in French higher education institutions. The students from developing countries up to 25 years old for master’s level studies and up to 30 years old from both developing and industrialized countries for Ph.D. level studies can apply for this scholarship.
