Despite this, Yasir Hussain believes that Pakistani society has become too “cool” to appreciate its own artists. In fact, his song Pasoori was the most Googled ‘hum to search’ song of 2022, beating out chartbusters like BTS’ Butter, Siravali, and Chaand Baaliyan.
