The National Moon Sighting Committee of Malaysia has announced that the Ramadan moon is not sighted in Malaysia. Therefore, the first day of fasting will be observed on 23 March 2023.
The Moon Sighting Committee committee met on 21 March, Tuesday evening to see the Ramadan moon. The sighting was not confirmed by any credible witnesses from different parts of the country.
