APS Tragedy: PM Vows Zero Tolerance For Violence

Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that there would be zero tolerance for violence and those using it as a tool to destablize the country.

In a tweet on Thursday, marking the seventh anniversary of the Army Public School (APS) tragedy, the premier reiterated to never let down the survivors and parents of the martyred children.

He added that the country had successfully defeated terrorism.

However, this claim cannot be said is entirely true because terrorist attacks still take place but are mostly confined to Balochistan, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa and border areas.

Seven years ago on December 16, terrorists had attacked and martyred over 140 people including 132 children in the APS attack in Peshawar.
