In a significant stride towards bolstering emergency healthcare, Punjab has initiated the first training program for its pioneering Air Ambulance Service. The province’s Chief Minister, Maryam Nawaz, presided over a meeting to discuss the service’s progress and plans.
The briefing revealed that the inaugural training session for the Air Ambulance Service is now underway. This marks a crucial step in enhancing emergency response capabilities, particularly in remote areas where timely medical intervention can be challenging.
Maryam Nawaz emphasized the government’s commitment to expanding the air ambulance network across Punjab. She stated, “Nothing surpasses the value of human life. Our aim is to ensure that every corner of Punjab has access to prompt and efficient emergency services.”
The Chief Minister further highlighted that the province’s resources would be fully utilized to benefit its residents. In emergencies, the air ambulance service will be a lifeline, not just for Punjab, but potentially for other provinces as well.
