Islamic scholars revealed the Fitrana 2021 in Pakistan.
Minimum Sadqa Fitr amount or Fitrana 2021 in Pakistan is Rs 150 per individual. According to the price of 2.25 kg of flour, Fitrana 2021 is calculated as Rs 150. However, people who want to pay Fitrana equal to the price of barley, dates, raisins and Ajwa dates should pay Rs 320, Rs 1,000, Rs 2,200 and Rs 6,300 per individual, respectively.
A person, who possesses food in excess of his needs, must pay Sadaqa-e-Fitr before the Eid ul Fitr prayers. If the person is a bread winner, he should also pay Sadqa-e-Fitr for his dependants.
If anyone had been unable to keep fast for the whole month of Ramadan, he or she should pay fidya as compensation worth Rs 4,500 in proportionate to flour price, Rs 9,600 for barley, Rs 30,000 for dates, Rs 66,000 for raisins and Rs 189,000 for Ajwa dates.
Kufara (compensation) for each fasting day in wheat would be Rs 9,000, barley Rs 19,200, dates Rs 60,000, raisins Rs 1,32,000 and Ajwa dates Rs 378,000.
