In a fresh development, the Establishment Division has unveiled a revised schedule for federal government staff. This change, effective immediately, impacts offices operating on both five and six-day work weeks.
For those adhering to a five-day work week, the day will commence at 8:30 am and conclude at 4:30 pm. On the other hand, offices following a six-day work week will see their workday start at 8:30 am and wrap up at 3:30 pm.
This move is seen as a strategic step towards enhancing productivity and efficiency within the federal workforce. It also aims to provide employees with a balanced work-life dynamic, thereby fostering a more conducive work environment.
