Islamabad Police Jobs 2026: Vacancies Announced

Islamabad Police has announced a large number of vacancies for various positions. Recruitment will be carried out for the posts of Sub-Inspector, Assistant Sub-Inspector, and Constable, with both male and female candidates eligible to apply.

According to the announcement, a total of 1,624 vacant positions will be filled. These include 60 Sub-Inspector posts, 24 Assistant Sub-Inspector posts, and 1,540 Constable posts.

What Documents Will Candidates Need?

Candidates participating in the recruitment process will be required to present their original certificates and necessary documents at the time of the interview. The required documents include:

• Original CNIC issued by NADRA
• Educational degrees and certificates
• Domicile certificate
• Two passport-size photographs with a blue background
• Candidates applying under the minority quota must provide an affidavit attested by the relevant Deputy Commissioner.

Candidates have been advised to keep all their documents complete before applying to avoid any difficulties during the later stages of the recruitment process.
