The Traffic Police have rolled out a traffic diversion blueprint in anticipation of the upcoming Pakistan Super League (PSL 9) matches, set to kick off at the National Bank Stadium on February 28.
The matches, slated from February 28 to March 18, have necessitated a traffic management plan designed to optimize traffic flow and alleviate congestion for spectators. Fans hailing from regions such as Karsaz, Millennium, and New Town are advised to avail of the designated parking facilities at the nearby PSB Coaching Center.
In a bid to prioritize vehicular and pedestrian movement, certain routes will witness restricted entry of heavy traffic on match days. The routes facing restrictions during PSL 9 matches encompass Sohrab Goth to Nipa, Liaquatabad No. 10 to Hassan Square, Peoples Chowrangi to University Road, Karsaz to the Stadium, Millennium to New Town, and Stadium Signal to Hassan Square.
This initiative is geared towards facilitating a smooth experience for attendees while preserving traffic discipline throughout the event.
