Karachi Weather: Partly Cloudy Skies and Strong Winds Today

KARACHI: Karachi is expected to experience hot and humid conditions today, with partly cloudy skies and a likelihood of strong winds at times.

The weather remained mixed across the metropolis during the day. Some areas stayed partly cloudy, while others had clear skies, according to the Pakistan Meteorological Department’s Early Warning Centre.

The Met Office said the strong winds are likely to persist for the next couple of days, and partly cloudy weather is expected to continue until Monday. It added that the prevailing sea breeze should help keep temperatures comparatively lower despite the summer season.

However, rain with wind and thunderstorms is expected at isolated places in Gilgit-Baltistan, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, and adjoining hilly areas.
