NADRA Fee Structure 2026: Complete Fees for CNIC, B-Form, NICOP and POC

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has released its fee structure for various identity document services. Fees vary according to the service and processing category.
Citizens can choose between Normal, Urgent and Executive processing for services where all three options are available. NADRA has provided the fee details to help applicants check the applicable charges before applying.
B-Form and Juvenile Card Fees
The fees for the Child Registration Certificate (CRC), commonly known as B-Form, and Juvenile Card are as follows:

CNIC and Smart CNIC Fees
The first-time National Identity Card (CNIC) is free under the Normal category. Applicants choosing Urgent or Executive processing have to pay the applicable fee.

NICOP Fees
The National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) fee depends on the applicant’s zone.

| Zone B | $20 | $30 | $40 |
Zone B covers countries in regions including the Middle East, Africa and other Asian countries.
POC Fees
The Pakistan Origin Card (POC) has the following charges:
