Banking Hours In Pakistan From July 13 2020
New bank timings in Pakistan will be from 9 am to 5:30 pm. SBP or State Bank of Pakistan announced that banks will be open for business in the said time frame. Earlier, SBP revised the bank timing due to the spread of Coronavirus or COVID-19 in Pakistan. As per SBP, new timings will be effective from coming Monday (July 13).
The circular also elaborated about the lunch and prayer breaks from 1:30 pm to 2 pm from Monday to Thursday and from 1 pm to 2:30 pm on Fridays.
SBP also said that all branches and work places will remain open, throughout country with bare minimum staff for maintaining the provision of essential banking services. The circular further stated that SBP is analyzing the situation on continuous basis and implementing different measures during this difficult time.
