1. Visit the Passport Office or Foreign Mission
- To initiate the passport application process, visit the nearest passport office or foreign mission.
2. Gather Required Documents
For applicants aged 18 and above, you will need the following documents:
- Proof of Prescribed Passport Fee Payment: Ensure you have evidence of the payment of the passport fee. This can be in the form of an Original Bank Paid Fee Challan (receipt) or e-Payment Confirmation Detail (SMS/Email) with the PSID No.
- Original Valid CNIC/NICOP with Photocopy: Your original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) is required, along with a photocopy.
- Previous Passport (if issued): If you had a previous passport, bring the original along with a photocopy.
- NOC (No Objection Certificate): If you are employed by a government, semi-government, or autonomous body, you may need to provide an NOC from the concerned department.
- Foreign Passport and Photocopy (for Dual-Nationals): If you hold dual nationality, provide your foreign passport along with a photocopy.
- Lost Passport Police Report: If your previous passport was lost, make sure to bring a Lost Passport Police report that mentions the previous passport number.
3. Urgent Passport Fee
For those who require an urgent passport with 100 pages, there is an additional fee of Rs13,000.
