PITB Opens Registration for SheWins Training Program 2026 – Women Can Learn AI Skills for Online Earning

The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) has officially opened registrations for a new batch of its flagship SheWins Training Program, aiming to empower women with modern digital and artificial intelligence skills for online earning opportunities.

The initiative forms part of PITB’s wider initiative aimed at improving the representation of women in the digital economy of Pakistan by providing hands-on and industry-focused training on emerging technologies.

AI Skills for Online Earning – 6-Week Bootcamp

With the introduction of a new course, “AI Skills for Online Earning,” women candidates are now eligible to apply for a 6-week online training bootcamp at a subsidized rate of Rs. 15,000.

The program designed to provide the following digital skills or competencies:

• Generative AI applications
• Smart Prompt Engineering
• Fundamentals of Agentic AI
• Use of AI tools in freelancing
• AI-driven social media monetization strategies

They will also learn how to use different AI tools for hands-on practice, which will help them master the skills required for freelancing platforms and earning money remotely.

Objective of SheWins Program

SheWins a project launched by the Punjab Information Technology Board to address the digital skills gap and foster financial empowerment for women through technology.

The program designed to empower women to navigate the dynamic digital environment and harness the power of artificial intelligence to innovate and thrive in the global digital economy, according to PITB Chairman Faisal Yousaf.
