Punjab Government Announces Up to Rs. 1 Million Interest-Free Loans for Overseas Jobs

Lahore: The Punjab government has launched the Parwaaz Card scheme, offering eligible workers an interest-free loan of up to Rs. 1 million to cover initial overseas employment expenses.

The loan can be used for visa processing, medical tests, air tickets, protector registration, skills verification, and licensed overseas employment promoter fees.

Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must be a resident of Punjab and at least 18 years old.
• A valid CNIC and verified overseas job offer letter are required.
• The monthly salary for the overseas job must be below 5,000 Saudi Riyals or its equivalent.
• Both skilled and unskilled men and women can apply.

How to Apply

Eligible applicants can register through the official Parwaaz Card online portal, upload the required documents and employment proof, and submit their application. Applications will be verified, while incomplete or incorrect information may lead to cancellation.

The scheme aims to help Punjab residents pursue overseas employment through legal and safer channels without facing financial barriers.
