The Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee is set to convene in Islamabad this evening, led by Chairman Moulana Abdul Khabir Azad, as they undertake the important task of sighting the crescent moon marking the beginning of Rabi-ul-Awwal 1445 Hijri.
