The Punjab Young Professionals Program 2026 has officially opened applications, offering an excellent opportunity for talented fresh graduates to kick-start their professional careers. Launched by the Punjab Public-Private Partnership Authority (P4A) under the Punjab Government’s Finance Department, the flagship program will provide selected candidates with a monthly stipend of Rs. 150,000 for one year.
The initiative is designed to prepare young professionals for leadership roles by providing practical experience in public-private partnership (PPP) projects. During the one-year program, participants will work alongside experienced professionals on live development projects, gaining valuable industry exposure and enhancing their technical and professional skills.
Punjab Young Professionals Program 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements to be eligible:
- Maximum age of 25 years
- At least 16 years of education
- Degree from an HEC-recognized university or a reputable foreign institution
- Minimum CGPA of 3.3
- Pakistani citizenship is mandatory

Only 15 Candidates Will Be Selected
Initially, only 15 young professionals will be selected for the 2026 batch. However, the number of available positions may be increased or reduced depending on organizational requirements.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test and interview. No travel or daily allowance (TA/DA) will be provided during the selection process.
Rs. 150,000 Monthly Stipend
Selected participants will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 150,000 throughout the one-year training period. They will work under the supervision of senior experts and contribute to ongoing public-private partnership projects, allowing them to gain hands-on experience in policy implementation, project management, and infrastructure development.
Important Information
The Punjab Public-Private Partnership Authority has clarified that the Punjab Young Professionals Program 2026 is a training initiative and should not be considered a permanent or contractual government job. Completion of the program does not guarantee future employment with the authority.
