The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has issued a weather update predicting continued hot and humid conditions in the city for the upcoming week.
According to the PMD, today’s maximum temperature in the city is expected to reach 35 degrees, with a minimum recorded temperature of 26.5 degrees. The weather forecast for the city indicates partly cloudy conditions, with an average humidity level of 75 percent. South-westerly winds are anticipated to persist at a low velocity.
In other regions of Sindh, scorching temperatures prevail, with the mercury soaring to 42 degrees in Shaheed Benazirabad, Khairpur, and Mithi. Jacobabad, Dadu, Larkana, Sukkur, Mirpur Khas, and Hyderabad are also experiencing temperatures exceeding 40 degrees. Along the coastal districts of Badin and Thatta, temperatures have reached 36 degrees.
