Heavy rain and thundershower expected to fall in Sindh, Punjab, and Balochistan within next 24 hours as per the lattest weather updates. Due to bad weather conditions, trains in various areas are badly disruptive and delayed. In the northeast and central Punjab, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit Baltistan, Kashmir, and the nearby areas a rain thunderstorm expected within twelve hours.
In some of the main metropolis of the country, the recorded temperature this morning is, in Karachi thirty degrees centigrade, Lahore twenty-six, Islamabad twenty-five, Quetta twenty-four, Peshawar twenty-nine, Gilgit twenty, Murree twenty-one and Muzaffarabad twenty-three.
The PMD (Pakistan Meteorological Department) alerted urban flooding in Karachi due to the excessive heavy rain. Some of the cities might also witness flash flooding , including Hyderabad, Thatta, Badin, Dadu, Shaheed Benazirabad, Jamshoro Sukkur, Larkana, and Jacobabad.
