Cricket World Cup 2027 Schedule: Pakistan Matches and Full Fixture List

The ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2027 schedule is set, with 14 teams to play 57 matches across South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia. The tournament will run from October 2 to November 21, 2027, with Pakistan and India scheduled to meet in Johannesburg on October 10.

Super Series

The tournament will begin with a three-team Super Series in Namibia.

The top three teams from each group, along with the better fourth-placed team, will advance to the Super 7 stage.

Super 7 Schedule

The Super 7 will feature 21 matches from October 25 to November 14. Teams will start this stage without carrying points from the group stage.

India, Australia, Pakistan, England, New Zealand, South Africa and Sri Lanka have been given pre-seeded positions. A qualifying team can take the position of a seeded team if it finishes above that team.

World Cup Teams and Format

  • Group A includes India, Australia, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Zimbabwe and Qualifier A.
  • Group B includes New Zealand, South Africa, Sri Lanka, England, Bangladesh and Qualifier B.

The remaining four tournament places will come through the World Cup Qualifier. The top team from that event will enter the main group stage. The other three teams will enter the Super Series.

Ticket Ballot Opens

The ICC opened the World Cup ticket ballot on October 1, 2026. Fans can register for individual matches and request up to four tickets per match. Entering the ballot does not guarantee tickets.

The tournament will start on October 2, 2027, with the Super Series before the main group stage begins on October 7.

The 2027 World Cup will return to Africa for the first time since 2003. South Africa will host eight venues, Zimbabwe three and Namibia one.
