The date of 1 Ramadan start in Bahrain is now confirmed. However, from 13 April, Fasting of Ramadan will begin.
Officials of moon sighting committee Bahrain announced the starting date of Ramadan would be 12th April. Taraweeh prayers will start from the Monday, 12th April 2021.
Amid COVID-19 only worshipers who have received the CoVID-19 vaccine and those who have recovered from the corona virus and have a recovery certificate will be allowed inside Bahrain’s mosques.
Ramadan fasting is one of the five pillars of Islam where observant Muslims abstain from eating and drinking from Fajr to Maghrib. Muslims traditionally gather at Iftar in the evening to break their fast.
