Recruits will play vital roles in the world’s largest international airline and a globally iconic brand. Perks include learning from top trainers, exploring 140 cities in 76 countries, and enjoying a comprehensive range of benefits as part of Emirates’ cabin crew.

To achieve its recruitment goal, Emirates will host open days and assessments in over 460 cities across six continents in 2024. Successful candidates will be based at the airline’s headquarters in Dubai.

Emirates, having hired 8,000 cabin crew members in 2023, is sustaining its post-pandemic expansion. As of August 2023, the cabin crew exceeded 20,000 and now stands at over 21,500 individuals. The airline values its multicultural team, spanning 140 nationalities and proficient in 130 languages.

New recruits undergo an eight-week training program at Emirates’ state-of-the-art facilities in Dubai, covering hospitality, safety, and service skills. This includes communication, initiative, leadership, effective teamwork, and resilience to work confidently under pressure.

Emirates is hiring cabin crew for new A350s arriving in mid-2024 and sleek Boeing 777-Xs in 2025, expanding routes to more corners of the world. If you’re passionate about service and adventure, join Emirates’ dynamic team to contribute to their journey towards excellence and global connection!
