Queen Rania Hosts Enchanting Henna Celebration for Future Daughter-in-Law

In a grand prelude to the upcoming royal wedding, Queen Rania of Jordan graciously hosted a vibrant henna celebration on Monday evening. The event held in honor of Rajwa Al-Saif, the future daughter-in-law of Jordan’s Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II, and attended by distinguished members of the Jordanian royal family, along with relatives, friends, and prominent women from various backgrounds across the nation.

The festivities commenced with a captivating video shared by Queen Rania on social media earlier in the day. The footage showcased the spirited preparations undertaken by numerous women, who meticulously crafted macrame decorations, embroidered intricate details, and expertly prepared the ceremonial henna paste. Expressing her gratitude, Queen Rania captioned the video, “Thank you all for going the extra mile to make our celebrations extra special. God bless you and the happy couple.”

Meanwhile, Crown Prince Hussein celebrated alongside his military colleagues last week, as announced by the Royal Hashemite Court.

The prince celebrated with the 40th King Hussein bin Talal Royal Armored Brigade, joyfully singing, dancing, and delivering speeches alongside his brother Prince Hashem bin Abdullah II, in anticipation of his upcoming nuptials. Social media captured glimpses of the vibrant celebrations.

Crown Prince Hussein and Al-Saif’s engagement was announced in August during a ceremony in Riyadh. Al-Saif’s future role is undisclosed, but she’s expected to follow Queen Rania’s philanthropic path as crown princess and future queen.

The eagerly anticipated wedding ceremony is scheduled for June 1 in Amman, bringing excitement and anticipation to the Jordanian royal family and esteemed guests.
