Petrol Price Hiked by Re0.88, HSD Cut by Rs1.88

The federal government has increased the petrol price by Re0.88 per liter and reduced the price of high-speed diesel (HSD) by Rs1.88 per liter, with the revised rates taking effect on October 6

According to a notification issued by the Petroleum Division, petrol will now cost Rs393.64 per liter, up from Rs392.76. The price of HSD has been reduced to Rs397.76 per liter from Rs399.64.

The latest adjustment follows movements in the global oil market. The revised prices will remain in effect until October 6.
