The appreciation showed by the audience about the film was due to its sensitivity on a social issue considered taboo. Comically, the film has placed another side to such topics like male infertility and its consequences in such societies.
PMRD is directed by Wajahat Rauf, who has also produced the film with Wajahat Ali Abbasi. Mohsin Ali becomes the screenwriter for the film. Hania Amir and Ali Rehman Khan are to be seen as lead roles in the film. Along with an interesting senior cast, Javed Sheikh as Rana. Javed Sheikh is applauded for the marvelous flow of acting.
