Gold Price in Pakistan Today: Gold Rates Rise in Local and International Markets

Gold price in Pakistan today witnessed a fresh increase as rates moved higher in both the local and international markets, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA).

The price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by Rs300, taking the new rate to Rs424,536. Meanwhile, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold rose by Rs258, reaching Rs363,971.

The upward trend was also seen in the global bullion market. The international gold price increased by $3 per ounce, pushing the rate to $4,021 per ounce. The rise in global prices contributed to the increase in domestic gold rates.

Silver prices also recorded an increase in the local market. The price of silver per tola climbed by Rs107, reaching Rs6,177.

Gold prices in Pakistan are influenced by fluctuations in the international bullion market and changes in the US dollar exchange rate. As global prices continue to move, local gold rates are expected to remain volatile in the coming days.
