In a move to ease travel during the festive period of Eid al-Fitr, Pakistan Railways has announced the launch of four special trains. This initiative is spearheaded by the Railway’s Chief Executive Officer, Aamir Ali Baloch, who has issued directives for the necessary arrangements.
These special Eid trains aim to facilitate passengers in Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, and Quetta, ensuring a comfortable journey during the holiday season.
In addition, Baloch has indicated that any decrease in petroleum product prices will be reflected in the train fares. This potential fare reduction on Eid further underscores Pakistan Railways’ commitment to providing affordable travel options for its passengers.
