Psychology student Misbah Arshad from Lahore has won the Miss Universe Pakistan 2026 title and will represent the country globally in Puerto Rico.
Misbah Arshad won the Miss Universe Pakistan 2026 crown in the Philippines, becoming the fourth woman to represent Pakistan at the global pageant.
At the crowning ceremony, franchise owner Josh Yugen presented her with the official sash, and last year’s winner, Roma Riaz, passed on the crown.
Misbah will soon head to Puerto Rico to compete in the 75th Miss Universe pageant.
The Winning Moment
During her coronation, Misbah wore a white gown with royal blue crystals by Vietnamese designer Nguyễn Tiến Truyển. She shared that the white represented hope, while the blue crystals symbolized continuous learning and knowledge.
She sealed her victory in the final question round. A judge asked her whether her 10-year-old or 80-year-old self would ask a tougher question. She selected her 10-year-old self, saying
“I would tell her that it’s a beautiful cycle of life and that we shouldn’t just embrace it but truly enjoy it. Because the hotter the fire, the purer the gold.”
Past Pageant Experience
Misbah is a psychology student who previously represented Pakistan at Miss International 2023 in Japan and Miss Supranational 2024 in Poland.
