PSL 2021 is postponed due to emerging of new Coronavirus cases

The event of PSL 2021 is postponed as three new Coronavirus cases are emerged in the Pakistan Super League. On Thursday (today), the virtual meeting of franchise and board officials has been called to make a decision. Pakistan Cricket Board has scheduled a press conference at 3 PM today.

Earlier, Daniel Christian, Karachi Kings all-rounder has withdrawn from the tournament due to the worsening situation of pandemic. Earlier, there were reports that PCB will begin the COVID-19 vaccination process for players. However, each player was free to choose whether or not to get vaccinated.

20 Matches of PSL 2021 were scheduled in the National Stadium Karachi. However, Lahore was the host for remaining 14 matches.
