Gold Prices Continue to Decline in Pakistan and the Global Market

The downward trend in gold prices continues in both Pakistan and the global market

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, a decline in gold and silver prices has been recorded in both domestic and international markets. The price of 24-karat gold per tola dropped by Rs 1,800, bringing it to Rs 453,936.

The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold fell by Rs 1,544 to Rs 389,176.

Similarly, the rate for 10 grams of 22-karat gold decreased by Rs 1,416, settling at Rs 356,757.

International Market Rates

In the international market, the price of gold per ounce dropped by $18, reaching $4,314.

Silver Rates

A decline was also observed in silver prices; 24-karat silver per tola fell by Rs 30 to Rs 7,008, while 10 grams of 24-karat silver became cheaper by Rs 25, dropping to Rs 6,008.

In the global market, the price of silver per ounce was recorded at $65.30 following a decrease of $0.30.
