Gold Prices Drop Further Across Local and Global Markets

Gold prices in Pakistan continued to move downward on Monday, with the rate for 24-karat gold dropping by Rs 2,400 to reach Rs 463,136 per tola.

Gold prices extended their downward slide following international market trends. According to figures provided by the All Pakistan Sarafa Association the price of 24-karat gold per tola fell by Rs 2,400, bringing the new rate to Rs 463,136

The price of 10 grams of gold also decreased by Rs 2,058, settling at Rs 397,064

The global gold rate dropped by $24 to $4,406 per ounce

Domestic silver prices saw a decrease of Rs 39, bringing the per tola rate to Rs 7,059
