Gold Prices Surge in Global and Local Markets After Just One Day

The price of gold has increased significantly in the global and local bullion markets after just one day.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of 24-carat gold per tola across the country increased by Rs 11,200 to Rs 4,65,236 based on the interbank exchange rate.

The price of 10 grams of gold rose by Rs 9,602 to Rs 3,98,864. The 22-carat 10 grams of gold rose by Rs 8,802 to Rs 3,65,638.

Local Silver Rates

24-carat silver per tola rose by Rs 185 to Rs 7,044 and 10 grams of silver rose by Rs 159 to Rs 6,039.

International Market Rates

In the international market, gold per ounce rose by $112 to $4,427 and silver rose by $1.85 to $65.65 per ounce.
