Significant Rise in Gold and Silver Prices: Gold Jumps by Rs 7,900 Per Tola

There has been a significant rise in gold prices in both global and local bullion markets

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola has increased by Rs 7,900, reaching Rs 457,236.

The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold has risen by Rs 6,773 to reach Rs 392,006.

Similarly, 10 grams of 22-karat gold is being sold at Rs 359,351, following an increase of Rs 6,208.

Silver Prices Increased as Well

The price of 24-karat silver per tola has increased by Rs 140 to Rs 6,942, while 10 grams of 24-karat silver has risen by Rs 120 to reach Rs 5,951.

International Market Rates

In the international bullion market, the price of gold per ounce rose by $79 to $4,347, while silver per ounce increased by $1.40 to close at $64.64.
